i'm pretty fit so hope it'll be nice and challenging! like the fact it's a short workout a day too..

maybe a stupid question, but do you do it for 30 days every day? without rest days or..?

It's ok, I tend to do a day then miss a day.. I also do 20mins on the cross trainer, 5 times a week.. Got my 4th wi on Mon.. Lost 7lb upto now so it's doin the trick, just taking my time wiv my weight loss x

i got this and i have to say it's a brill workout, i burnt 225 calories in the first session. however i pulled a muscle and haven't been able to do it since, just one of those things.

Hi guys!! What is this 30 day shred i keep hearing about is it like an excercise DVD?

That's exactly what it is. Its by Jillian Michaels she's one of the trainers from The Biggest Loser. There's three levels, you do each level for 10 days. Started level 1 yesterday and I know its going to make a difference, definitely grab yourself a copy if you can
