Just out of curiosity ...........

I like my soup sometimes with a sprinkle of oregano or a half spoonful of curry powder. As everyone else said salt is a no no! I put pepper in once but didnt find it made much difference.

hey there i did this diet 2 years ago,but i never went into ketosis according to the strips..so i added lots to my soups..chilli flakes..cayanne pepper...garam masala...cumin..corriander...pepper...dill..oregano..basil..it never affected me and i loked forward to having the soup.it also made me drink more water as sometimes it was really hot n spicey..i still had great losses..7 stone in 5 months in total..goodluck binky
