Hi everyone, just wanted to say a big hello as I have just joined, encouraged by a recent loss of 2 lbs after having a bit of a break from my long term weightloss plan, i feel i want to get back on track now as I really want this. Hope to meet lots of you on the forums and share our successes, hopes and dreams.
