I've just come back to slimming world as i saw my mother in me and i need to lose a LOT of weight.
Has anyone lost a lot of weight and has any tips for me and also i have a wii fit and what's the best games on that to play?

hi and welcome. Good Luck with SW. I am still doing SW myself so I dont have any advice other than to keep a food diary. That way you can keep on track of what you have been eating.

I have a wii fit and do 10 mins super hula, 10 mins rhythm boxing and 30 mins free step while listening to the ipod!!.

Read all your books so you can get your head round the plan properly. Eat as much free food as you like, and make sure you eat all your healthy extras and maximum syns. Then further down the road you can cut back on your syns slightly if you hit a plateau. The plan definitely works and you really can eat lots, so there's no need to go hungry. Good luck x
