:wave_cry:This is my 2nd time on LT, only lasted 3wks last year cos of death in the family, had to change priorities for a while.:cry: Then left my husband and set up a new home with my kids. Since then, 3 stone has crept on, mainly due to drinking and takeaways when the kids at their dads at the wkend. Reading these forums, lots of people go from LT to weight watchers, have never found ww works for me cos I hate the counting. I lost 2.5st previously on slimming world so I know how to eat healthily, just need to get to a nice healthy weight and avoid the old bad habits. Im getting through this first week but it's a long way to go. Anyone just started want to buddy up for support?
