Just started my Cambridge Journey Day 1


S: 11st6.9lb C: 10st1.3lb G: 8st5.1lb BMI: 27.6 Loss: 1st5.6lb(12.18%)
So today is my first day of starting my Cambridge diet. So far so good I have had my the breakfast and Lunch will have my shake soon. I am struggling to drink just over two litres of water but getting there slowly.....anyone have any ideas how to drink 2 litres of water when you are not thirsty? lol
I currently weigh 11st which is the heaviest I have ever been and hoping to drop to 8.5 stones by end of August 2020.

Anyone have any tips or suggests happy to hear from you!

Hi @Bella2020 I'm doing Exante, another very low calorie diet and we have to drink lots of water too. I find that breaking it up into 500 mls every two hours helps. Its really important whilst we have such nice weather that we make sure we keep hydrated too.
