Hi All

Would just like to tell everyone that I have just started Diet Chef and I am now on day 4. So far so good, all the meals have been delicious and I already feel better about myself. I know you are not supposed to weigh yourself every day but I couldn`t resist jumping on the scales this morning and I am 4 pounds lighter. I am going to stay on this diet until I get to my target weight, so another 2 stones and 10 pounds to go.
