Just starting WW at home

    Hi everyone!

    I recently decided that I want to give WW a try, but quickly found out that meetings or joining online were simply outside of my budget. However, with a bit of quick googling and a glance around this forum, I think I can find everything I need to give it a go on my own for free :D

    I have worked out how to calculate points, but was wondering if anyone has a list of staple things like meat and fish and veggies so that I don't need to trail through everything working it all out!

    Nice to see someone in the same boat as me! This is the only site i have found that still using the old POINTS system, it worked for me 5 year ago then i had my son and dieting went out the window.
