Hi Orchid...welcome welcome welcome. Im not the newbie any more..yay!! There are loads of very experienced LL's on here that I have to say have been brilliant to read about and to read their posts. Like you said, inspirational!
I have just completed my second week and in my humble opinion I found the first week not too bad (couple of hungry days) but the second week I found a doddle.
Good luck hun. You wont regret doing this.

The only thing I can add is the fruit flavourings - the fruits of the forest one makes a great hot drink.
I have a huge oversize cup & just keep brewing & drinking hot water so that's helped me
