Just a couple of questions Id like to confirm

You are allowed sweeteners in your shakes?

You are allowed plain fizzy water?

Is this right?

No I'm very sure we are not allowed any sweetners at all. Fizzzy water I think is ok. But you will get best results if you follow the diet to the letter.

Yep we are allowed tablet sweetners for defo. I used sweetex.

And yep, we are defo allowed plain sparkling water
