Hi and welcome to the minimins boards. When you say your own plan, what is it then? :)
Hi & thank you. My plan is roughly Slimming World red days. I am trying to avoid carbs as much as I can but the Atkins type plan is a bit extreme. So I am rather at a loss... :confused:
I did Atkins and it worked fine for me for years, I'm on Atkins maint now. Take a look at the low carb forum rather than Atkins, you may find something there.
