Fantastic Sola, great weekly losses.. you will be dropping another clothes size before you know it

my 3rd weigh in today, was down 4lbs.. so total loss of 1st 3lbs - yay!

in a week or two that will change. The weight loss varies i guess, when my wight loss is low, i make up for it in inches.

I bet your clothes are pretty loose.

A couple of weeks ago if anyone had told you, you could loose 1 stone in 3 weeks would you have believed them? I would have said its impossible.

Well done on the 4lbs loss, we can do it!!!!!
