you can have quinoa, quorn, cottage cheese and tofu from day one of RTM.
That gives you a fair few options.
As the weeks go on it will get better, from about week 4 when you can start cooking veg, there is a nice veg curry recipe in the recipe book.
There are also quite a lot of recipes in the management section of the LL website.

Posting here for ideas and recipes is always a good idea.

I'm veggie - and you can have Quorn and Tofu from the start - so I've been having beef style pieces in stirfries, fajita strips in salads with cottage cheese, chicken style pieces in the curry and mince in the chilli.

So yes - veggies are WELL catered for!

Quorn is the food of the (vegetarian) Gods!! Its SO fantastic! More protein, less fat than meat - SO good for you! Just wish you found it in restaurants!
