Just what I need

I've just spotted this forum - can believe I've missed it before! I usually use just the recipe file and the food diaries. I need help and motivation and this one is just what I need. I find so hard to read about those who have only had to lose a few lbs or a stone or two when I've done that and still have to keep going for a few more stones. My dr said that generally most people can diet for 3 months then they fall off the wagon. I want to stay on my little cart til the end and a slim me emerges once and for all.
All help gratefully received!!

I've also started my own food diary on the food diaries page and plan to keep that up.

I've stopped going to class as I was just losing and gaining the same half stone - I'm hoping to use this forum to get the ideas and help I'm not getting in class.
