Getting fit for 30!
After watching 10 things you need to know about loosing weight last night I just had a lovely breakfast full of protein (and I do Green days) brownbread HEb with cheesey HEa baked beans and two fry-light fried eggs I also put it on a smaller plate but it's gunna take a lot more than that to calm my appetite! I shall make a mental note of how long it takes me to get hungry
