if i have a bad time through the day it always sends me on the road to ruin and im awful all day.
Is anyone else like this and also how often does this happen to you.xx

Thats me too hun and it can happen EVERY day!

If Im stressed by the kids first thing in the morning it can send me reaching for the cereal bars! AND also if I have a feeling I may go over my points for the day then that can lead to an all out binge.

I honestly don't know how to mentally deal with this problem! Anyone any tips / ideas??

I don't tend to break my diet because I'm stressed out, BUT, I do use being stressed out as an excuse to break my diet. I know it sounds like the same thing, but it's really not,

tiredness is my real killer, this is when my resistance is at its very lowest & i'll eat whatever, even tho i have other things planned or in my bag. Yes stress is anoth one, but quite often the tiredness causes the stress !

ive just started doin nights and i fingd the day after the night i eat more with being tired,also if i go out socialising and dont know the points that sends me on a binge.x
 
yeah i work nights too (yawn) & with the school runs i'm lucky if i get 6hrs sleep. I work tues weds & thurs nights & find my "wipe out " times are the early hours of weds & thurs. Today i'm back on form.
