Karens 1st week diary

    Well here goes guys. Putting my diary on here to motivate myself. This is the 1st week so I am just getting the hang of it.

    Week 1

    Monday

    Breakfast - Strawberries with muller light
    Snack - Grapes
    Lunch - Tuna salad with salad cream (2 syns)
    Dinner - Chicken stir fry with stir fry sauce (2 syns)
    Drinks - Coffee & Water (2 syns for sugar with my coffee)

    Tuesday

    Breakfast - Strawberries & banana with muller light
    Snack - Beef burger (4.5 syns)
    Lunch - Chicken salad with low fat cottage cheese + 2 slices wholemeal bread
    Snack - Banana
    Dinner - Chicken & tuna stir fry with stir fry sauce (2 syns), 1 slice white bread (4 syns)

    Drinks - Coffee & Water (2 syns for sugar with my coffee)

    Wednesday

    Breakfast - Banana with muller light
    Snack - 1 slice wholemeal bread
    Lunch - Tuna salad with low fat cottage cheese
    Snack - Banana, 1/2 bag quavers (2.5 syns)
    Dinner - 150g cooked wholemeal pasta, homemade syn free bolognese & parmesan

    Drinks - Coffee & Water (no sugar today)
