Although I have only started this week I really wanted to throw myself into this forum wholeheartedly and use all the tools and support on offer.

So I thought I would jump on the band wagon and set up my very own diary. I am sure it wont be very interesting and I wont always update every day but I am pretty sure it will help me to see what I am doing right and wrong.

I am doing Slimming World Extra Easy at home, working at 10 syns a day, I started half heartedly on Monday the 4th of June, weighed myself this morning and I am down 2.5lbs so I'm off to a pretty good start.
I've decided to weigh myself on a Friday so that if I am naughty at the weekend (my downfall) I have plenty of time to get back on track :rolleyes:

To start this thing off, this is what I have had since lunch yesterday, if I have any values wrong, please do correct me, I need all the help I can get.

Thursday Lunch
3 Slices Ham - Free
Cherry Tomatoes - Free
Cucumber - Free
Muller Light Strawberry - Free

Thursday night dinner
Spicy Potato Wedges (home made) Free
Lean steak - Free
Baked Beans - Free
Half a can of Carling Lager - 4.5 (I know its 8.5 syns for 1 can so I kinda halved that and added a bit for safety)

HEXA - 6 laughing cow extra light triangles
HEXB - 2 slices Brown bread

Total Syns used today 4.5

Friday Breakfast
Muller Light Strawberry - Free

Friday Lunch
Super Speed SW Soup - Free
Muller Light Cherry - Free

Friday Dinner - not eaten yet but planned
Homemade Chilli with rice - Free
Side order Peppers and mushrooms - Free

HEXA - Cup of Skimmed milk
HEXB - 2 Alpine light summer fruit

Will probably have a couple of beers tonight, it is Friday after all but I have some Syns spare from last night.

Syns used today 17 (todays 10 plus 5.5 from yesterday unused and a couple from tomorrow)

So hopefully thats me off to a fairly good start, I am feeling good about this and really focused so far. I'll probably update tomorrow or Monday.
