Kate's Green/Red diary...2014

Even though I had a REALLY bad weekend food wise, I weighed in this morning at 14.0 stone which is a 3lb loss!!

Back on plan again today but I am out at an Italian on Wednesday night with my mum so that will be my treat night. Nothing planned this weekend so hoping to be good.
 
well done on the loss :) Subscribing as we are pretty much the same weight, its nice to look at what other people are eating too and get ideas
 
Week 2

Mon
B - weetabix oaty bar (HEB)

L - tomato & herb mug shot

D - omelette (3 eggs, HEA milk, mushroom, onion, pepper, HEA cheese)

S - pineapple

E - 1 hour Boxercise

SYNS = 0
WEEKLY = 0

Loving omelettes forgot how quick and easy but tasty they are!

Week 2

Tues - Red

B - 1 x Alpen light bar (1/2 HEB)

L - salad (lettuce, cuc, Tom, pepper, ocean sticks, 2 tbsp extra light mayo - 2syns)

D - pulled pork (put in the slow cooker before I came to work) with peas, carrots, broccoli.

S - cups of tea with milk (HEA)
Grapes, tangarine, pineapple, blueberries

SYNS = 2
WEEKLY = 2
 
Week 2

Weds
B - Alpen light bar (HEB)

L - busy at work so didn't get time

D - steak with Diane sauce an a few chips (my treat for the week - went out with my mum and sister)

S - blueberries, yogurt, tangerine

SYNS = 40??? At a guess?
