Kates SW journey :)

    Hi! My name is Kate, I am 27, Married to the hubby for 3 years and we have a cheeky daughter who will turn 1 in two days! Aghhh

    I am currently 4/5 weeks into slimming world, never done it before BUT so far I am very happy that it is actually working. I have PCOS which makes losing weight harder for me. I have so far lost 10lb. I attend groups rather than do it online which I feel really helps as I feel more motivated to actually think about what I am eating.

    Anywho, today's food has been apple pie muller rice for breakfast (need to check the syn value in a bit) with a banana. Bovril on toast (hex b) with 2 tsp of margarine (1 syn each). I am planning on doing a big roast today so will need to pop to the shop to get some meat. Body magic time!

    Welllll finished the day on 13.5 syns.

    Had a fab roast beef dinner, definitely getting better at SW roast tatties!

    Work tomorrow :(

    Weigh in yesterday 2lbs off woohoo! 2lbs until I lose a stone so I have set myself a 2lb mini target this week.

    1.5lb off this week very happy with that considering the party food and cake I consumed!

    1/2 a lb and I get my stone award :)

    Got the Fakeaway book Wednesday, last night I made the steak & kidney (minus kidneys) pie. Soooooo tasty! Tonight we have slimmingworld chicken...feeling 100% on it this week

    Ooh the pie sounds good! How does it substitute the pastry?

    You use light ready roll puff pastry and it's only used as a lid...I was a bit dubious at first but it still worked out good :) x

    I might have to treat myself to that book. I've heard such good things about it already!

    Well done on your losses so far - you're doing amazingly :)

    Hiya, just popping in to say hello! I too need the fake away book it seems. I keeps seeing some nice ideas floating around from it. Wel done on your losses and good luck hitting your stone award x

    3lb off tonight. VERY surprised considering I've not been totally good this week. I think my chippie last night and Pizza Hut tonight will catch up next week :( will aim for a good week this week. Club 10 award and slimmer of the week horaaaaay

    2.5lb until 1 1/2 stone award
