just a quick question how do you point your milk so low? i know i think half a pint of skimmed is 1point? so you just have a quarter pint instead to make it half a pint? i never measure my milk just put it in but hardly have any oops! lol
 
yeah i only have a little as i dont like soggy cereal, I have 1/4 of a pint which is half :)

Yeah i haven't done well this month at all, i just want to eat crap all the time. Like chocolate and cakes and puddings so i am being stricter with my points and adding one to what i am meant to have to see if its easier and it has been so far. Strange how one point makes a difference, its not like i am having an extra one point snack but it just makes it easier to count being an easy even number i think! lol
