Hi all I have just joined sw this morning and was really impressed with the meeting it ws brill. I was doing liptrim last week but had a nasty allergic reaction to it, then i thought about low carb but dont think i could do this for life so thought i would give this ago. I go to Oz in 11 weeks so would love to have some weight off for then. xx
