Kats weightless diary

Right this is my first week on slimming world, I've never tried slimming world before as I had always done weight watchers and combined that with running. I managed to lose 2 stone doing that but now that my varicose vein on my calf has gotten worse, I cannot run and have lost interest in ww (my op for removing my varicose vein in 30th Jan then it's back to my running once I am healed). So I wanted a fresh change and decided I liked the sound of slimming world and I think it would fit in well with my family and I'm going to make all of us the same food!

I have been filling in a food diary and here is today: extra easy

HEA: 250ml semi skimmed milk
HEB: 2 slices of wholemeal bread from 400g loaf

Breakfast: HEB
1tsp low butter 1.5 syns
1 special k bar 4.5 syns

Lunch: cous cous
Tin of mackerel in brine
2 slices of melon
1 mango

Dinner: pork
New potatoes, carrots, parsnips, turnip, peas, sweetcorn
Bisto beef gravy (haven't worked syns yet)

A mullerlite yogurt for later
