Hi,

I would love to join in, my aim is to do 12k steps a day.

In a few weeks though I am going in for an op so my steps will be very low for a period but think joining something like this will help to encourage me back on to my feet.

So it's coming by 6:30pm. Weather dependent I'll still get my steps in.

Yesterday I did hardly any cos I was busy and just cut my calories down to 800, seems to have worked - Seen a 10 on the scales!
