Monday = WI day, managed to loose 2lbs again however I did feel hungry most of the day! Getting a liking for wholemeal pittas! I'm counting the co-op ones as a hexb even though it's naughty. There is no oil in the ingredients and the nutrional info is the same as the asda ones (and have more fibre!). I've now officially lost over 1.5 stones, so about 1/3 or 1/4 the way there depending on how I feel (my target weight isn't fixed in stone yet). Clothes wise I'm about a 17, will be nice to slip properly into the size16 bracket! Maybe in another stone time. I seem to be averaging approx 1/2 stone a month, so at this rate it'll be halfway there by October.


Tuesday 20th July- green

Went for tea at Nandos before the cinema and had a bit of an olive overdose (oops) but it does feel more healthy eating olives than a lump of cheese or a pile of pitta bread pieces and dip. Need to be careful this week as I don't want a gain next week (totm) so a sts and I'll be happy.
