Keeping on trucking

Don't know how I see everyday through but I do....somehow. Every day is a struggle, yet the morning comes and I enjoy the victory.

Everyone keeps asking me how long I am going to stay on it and the answer is I don't know, I suppose it depends on how long I can keep going on a daily basis.

God give me the strength to keep going.

I would love to lose another 2 stone at least. I lost another 6 1/2 lbs this week.

Enough of the ranting.
