Hi i'm 16 weeks, been trying to keep the weight down and just starting to gain now iv gained 2lbs this week maybe due to a little extra cheese and not baby ...
been losely following SW for 2 weeks.
Just wondering has any1 managed to keep the weight to a minimum and carry on exercising to stay healthy in pregnancy?
I'll weigh on a mon but not worry too much as long as im eating healthy for the baba x
