Well I have every thing ready for when I wake up in the morning. My points calcutor is set, my tracker journal is all fill for today meals and I have my shopping list ready.

All I have to do now is go to sleep and wake up ready and rearing to go. I'm so excited I hope I manage to get some sleep tonight.

I don't now why I'm so excited because I tried WW before. Maybe it because I've been on W8 for almost 12 weeks and now I can eat.

I'm glad I did W8 because it showed me how to be disciplined with what I put in my mouth. This discipline will be carried over into WW. I know what my trigger foods are and a know to stay clear of them. I feel like I'm making a new start with food and hope to make the right healthy choice with food.

Anyway thats enough of my ranting. Looking forward to getting to know everyone

ahaha i love how excited you are - i'm sure you will do fine.. discipline is one of my um.. points i need to work on i guess - but I hope I will manage to teach myself that at some point along the way :)

you have done so well so far - your pics look amazing - you can really see a big difference! :) good luck for the last stint upto xmas and then beyond! :D

Thanks for the welcome all. Blackwidow you show discipline already looking at your weight loss so far. We all have blips but we learn along the way.

Smilerjen I don't think that at all. Not a lot of people know about W8. Its 'All about W8', its a vlcd, like Lighterlife, CD and Lipotrim.

Thanks all. Was going to do my food shopping today but outside looks so depressing I decided to do it online. Had breakfast, my W8 mealpack (2pts) and I apple. Havent had lunch yet as a have no appetite (I guess a good thing after coming off a vlcd). I think I'll be struggling to eat all my points but will try my hardest.

You have done amazing so far,i think you may find it hard eating all your points but do try and give it a good go.

I'm sure it will get easier as the days go by. I have been downing 4ltrs of water on W8 but I'm going to cut it to 3ltrs daily. Want to keep that up as before dieting drinking water was none existant.

Hi Keisha, just thought I would pop in and say hello on your first day on WW

Keep up the good work - and don't worry too much about the points this week. The biggest thing is not to go on a carbs frenzy or your body will have no idea what you are doing to it!

If you stick principally with the AAM foods from W8 (just more of them) and a bit more fruit, then you should be ok for a bit.

Thanx LRO. I'll be reintroducing fruits and veggies back into my diet first. I know carbs are my downfall especially the bad ones so I've cut them out for now.
