    I cannot find kellogg's cornflakes on the SW website.

    Can I have them as a HE or are they synned???

    Cornflakes are definitely NOT a HEX. They are 5 syns per 28g which is a measly amount for the syns!

    As far as I'm aware they can not be eaten as a healthy extra. Healthy extras a high in fibre - corn flakes are not.

    If you want to syn them I search by keyword on the syns online thing for "corn flakes" and see:

    Kellogg's Corn Flakes, 28g

    WOW 5 1/2 syns!!!!!!!!! Thats alot of syns for 28g

    Apparently Sainsbury High Fibre Cornflakes are now listed under the new Healthy Extras on the SW website - perhaps someone who has access can confirm this.

    Your correct you are allowed 28g as HEB
