Kellogg's Nutrigrain

I assume that you mean healthy extra b? The 'a' choices are milk and cheese for the calcium and cereals/cereal bars are a 'b' choice.

But the answer is no I'm afraid. They do not have enough fibre to count as a healthy extra and need to be synned on all plans. You acn work out the syn values by dividing the calories by 20. As an aside Morrisons do some very similar bars in their Eat Smart range (apple and raspberry) that work out at only 4.5 syns. Not sure how these compare with the kellogg's ones but I suspect they are higher.

One syn a day less and that will be it sorted. Just focus on the bigger picture otherwise you will stumble over every small hurdle and mistake like this.

Put into perspective it is only 130 calories and not enough on its own to derail you - that will only happen if you dwell on it and allow one little slip to affect your entire week.

And learn a lesson from this - check the value of everything before you put it in your mouth. :)
