Which ones can be used as a healthy extra?

I can't see them on the healthy extra list .

Is it the fibre plus or fibre one bars? and which flavors?

Thanks

I know that the Fibre plus varieties are HEXb. And the milk chocolate one is delicious...I might go have one now actually!

Not sure about fibre one bars as I've not heard of them :S

I live in Canada, so they do fibre one bars and fibre plus bars, so wanted to check I get the right ones.

They have heaps of different flavours though, so not sure which ones can be used a HEb and they don't appear on my Healthy Extra's list.

thanks Allie, so it is just the chocolate ones?

they do caramel, peanut and all kinds of ones here. So I ended up not buying any until I could double check.

there are so many different things here that could probably be used a healthy extras, it is just getting them approved by Slimming World.

(you saw the hassle I had with the tortillas lol)

It's a shame there's no formula:

So to qualify it has to be:

??g Fibre/Calcium has got to make up ??% of the product but be less than ??calories.

would be so much easier for you then! xxx

yep they should release a Healthy Extra calculator onto their website. Would be much more useful then to ALL members (including overseas ones)

Might comment to them on twitter and see if they can look into it. Worth a try anyway.
