I'd say 4 using the 20 kcal per syn rule and 6 as a HEXA?

There's 128 calories or 6.5 syns (rounded up) in that lot. Depending on how 100% you are;)

Hiya I was just going to ask the same about the cheese slices as an HExA ? Thanks in advance x

The slices are 2 slices for a HEXA it says on syns online.
The spread is still listed as 57g as a HEXA so just divide that by a 17.5g triangle and you get 3.25 - so 3 - 3.5 as a HEXA depending if you round it up to the new 60g.
