I wouldn't risk it then. You'd have to be wary for potential sweet cravings it might set off, any citric acid which might stall you, and the calories. Just because its sugar free doesn't mean its calories free
I mean the CD Bars are CD approved, but still stall some people.
I am at the stage where I am trying very hard to be good for the remainder of my CD time.
Is the ketchup really worth it? It (and any other foods) will still be there when you are at goal.
