Hi All,

I have relatives doing and enjoying Keto. Most years I would buy them some booze and sweet treats for Christmas. I think they do tend to go off plan for a few weeks over xmas but rather than possibly tempt them, can anyone suggest what might be a good Christmas present?

I'm thinking a max of £20ish.

Cheers

I just got some flowers by post from my sister - a bit too late as a gift this year - but maybe an idea for the New Year. They are narcissi - which we had in the church for our Christmas Wedding 18 years ago. scillyflowers.co.uk

I love orchids too. I'd always love being given an orchid. My sister gave me a Lechuza self watering pot this year for my birthday - my orchid has loved being in it.

Other ideas -
- present of very dark chocolate bars - maybe from different places.
- mustards
- flavoured oils
- salted nuts or walnuts and a nutcracker

I'm a bit late for Xmas but could be an idea for anytime. A decent Keto cookbook could be very welcome The Ketogenic Kitchen but Patricia Daly and Domini Kemp is excellent. A small digital scales could be good. And yep a hamper with oils, dark chocolate, olives, cheese would work. I buy different love oils when I'm away. I also use pistachio oil and pumpkin oil, I love all the different tins they come in. Good coffee or herbal teas also an option
