Ketosis questions

Just some more questions ketosis. Sorry in advance I just like to know everything about everything lol
So when we are in ketosis we have switched I'm main fuel source to fat??? So what I want to know is:

How many calories are we consuming without actually eating them? (Ie - we have our 600 calories on ss but we are actually having more because we are using fat)

And if we are having a lot more calories is it possible to turn fat into muscle using this method?

well calorie burn is totally dependant on your lifestyle! as it would be different from someone who sits watching tv all day to, someone who is active.
as for turning fat into muscle, Muscle weighs more than fat, so you will notice a low loss or even no loss at your weigh ins, but again it would be totally dependant on your lifestyle.

Having done body building in the past i know that its key to have a high protein supplement with in 15 mins after training to maximise muscle repair, the chewy Cambridge bars are a good source for this.
