ketosis strips

i have some of these from when i was on lipotrim. I am planning to try one tomorrow morning, but just a quick querie, what colour indicates i am in Ketosis? Should i be pale pink which is the first box which says underneath it trace? or should i be in one of the dark boxes which have a plus sign underneath it and say a number to represent ketones?

Hiya hun

Any shade of pink, doesn't mean you are more in ketosis if it shows dark but this can indicate that you could be a bit dehydrated.
