If your testing with ketostix, you readings will change throughout the day...

Your drinking a lot of water, basically your pee won't be as strong / watered down

    Hope that helps xx

Thanks Amanda, I was worrying as the stick was a slightly lighter colour!
I have struggled today, lots of nice food around me and felt hungry which is strange as not felt hungry since ketosis.

Good luck with yr journey x

Does your keytosis level fluctuate throughout the day?
Does the amount of water you drink affect keytosis level?
