Ketosis

    Does anybody know if it's possible to go out of ketosis even if u have been 100 % and have been drinking recommended amount of water? ( on day 14 now) x

    If your testing with ketostix, you readings will change throughout the day...

    Your drinking a lot of water, basically your pee won't be as strong / watered down

    Thanks Amanda, I was worrying as the stick was a slightly lighter colour!
    I have struggled today, lots of nice food around me and felt hungry which is strange as not felt hungry since ketosis.

    Does your keytosis level fluctuate throughout the day?
    Does the amount of water you drink affect keytosis level?
