as i am new to all this and dont really know what to expect was just wondering can you be in ketosis after 1 day?
i am only on day1 and my mouth tastes really furry and myhubby has just kindly told me my breath stinks bless him, i thought it kicked in after about 3 days????????

everyone is different,it does usually take a few days but not if you havent had any carbs recently(she says with fingers crossed)the only way to really know is get some ketostixsxx
