Anyone able to tell me about ketosis.
Im on day 4 of lt and just wondering how I will know when Im in ketosis.

no hunger! you can buy ketostix from boots for about £5, they will tell you and also show if you drinking enough water x

yummymummy is right also ketosis can be detected on the breath, it isnt anything too awful but you should be able to taste something different in your mouth, also if your a smoker you will find that cigarettes have this kind of sweet taste to them, its rather weird.

It normally takes about a week for ketosis to set in. The ketostix are always a good idea so you know for definate if your in or not
