I was in ketosis (according to ketostix) on Friday but after slipping up this weekend, did a ketostix yesterday which said not in ketosis anymore, not even a trace. Have just done another this evening and it was the second from darkest ie I am in ketosis, so I'm a bit confused. Is it possible to be in ketosis after one day?
