Ketostix reading

I got the ketostix to check I had gone into ketosis and have a question about the reading.

I'm getting the ++ result also labeled as moyen, 0.4 above the colour chart, and below it, it is labeled 4 and 40.

I know it says I am in ketosis, but, as time goes on will it change reading or should it stay the same?

count to 16 and thats the colour you go by

Whats all this number lark? I is confused!!!! Mine just go a different colour....anything slightly pink or above means you are in ketosis, purple...means you are in ketosis, but dehydrated.

I'm with Shaz, go by the colour. Darker in the morning, much paler by the evening if you have drunk enough water. I would only test first thing as the ketones will be more concentrated then.
