Is it bad if the reading is not the darkest but the one before? no matter how much water i drink it alway goes to that one.

Doh just read the post a few down and that kinda answers my own question, cos i allways use them first thing in the morning.
So if i am going to the chemist to be weighed it would be best to wait until a couple of pints of water have been drunk before taking a sample?

Judy, that's perfect. If it shows the darkest it means you're not drinking enough. The light or middle one mean you are in ketosis, but are diluting them in your bloodstream by keeping well hydrated.
It would be dangerous to have too many ketones on board, that's one of the reasons we drink so much water!
Well done, you're just right Hunni. xx
