I used them but got a bit stupid and used too many now ive run out Im not bothering as I know that im in Ketosis and the weight is coming off as long as I stick to LL 100% with no slip ups I will remain in Ketosis for the 100 days I have targeted mysel> iF i started cheating and not losing weight thats when I would worry and need the strips
Dont get me wrong the do confirm you are in Ketosis but its real easy to get obsessed with how pink purple they go which will change at differant times of day / how much fluid consumed
