Hi Tara, take a look on the thread mentioned as there are lots of different ones listed on there. I've started doing the kettleworx ones & am seeing results already just 2 weeks in. They are a bit pricey but definitely worth it as the workouts are a manageable time (20 minutes 3 times a week)

Morning a lot of ppl love the DVD, I personally found it really boring after doing kettleworx
Kettlercise is a 50 min workout and is exercises done for a minute each there is also at 20 and a 8 min session. The moves are more advanced than kettleworx.
Kettleworx is a 6 week programme with 3 DVDs each with 6 different workouts, it's much cheesier and more motivational. X
