I've got a kettlebell in the house (being used as a doorstop lol) from when I did a kettlebell class earlier on in the year, and I was looking for a decent dvd to use with it. Came across this kettleworx one day on the late night shopping channel, and wondered if it was any good...if anyone had tried it? x

If you've got Sky on one of the fitness channels they have a kettlebell workout programme, might be worth a look.

I have just started Kettleworx and I'm really impressed. Yes I recommend the thread mentioned, there are a few of us on there doing it. :)

I have just i got the kettleworx core and cardio dvd's. I do like them but not impressed with the way the dvd is put together. for example in the core you do three sets of the same workout for week 1, nothing wrong in that you say, but it is the same set repeated twice. for example he says, "if you cant feel this exercise, look at kimberley and you can see it working" now in the whole core dvd everytime that exercise is done they use that bit.
