Breakfast - 1/2 tin of baked beans with 2x wholemeal bread (hexB)

Lunch - chicken and bacon salad with lettuce, cabbage, carrot, onion and red peppers

Dinner - Chilli beef Teriyaki stir fry with Tesco Mushroom stir fry mix, onions, peppers

Snacks - Tomato and herb Mug shot

Hex A - 250ml of semi-skimmed milk
Hex B - 2x wholemeal bread

Lunch - Banana, Raspberry flavour muller light

Dinner - Indian Takeaway - Lamd Rogan Josh, Boiled rice, Mushroom Bhaji and Tbsp of Cucumber riata.

Lunch - Cherry flavoured Muller light yoghurt and a banana

Dinner - homemade Chilli con carne with boiled rice made with extra lean minced beef, onion, mushrooms, peppers, red kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, chilli power and chilli flakes and cumin.

Hex A - 250ml of semi skimmed milk
Hex B - 2x weetabix

Lunch - chilli con carne and rice (see yesterday)
