So Yesterday, I was doing well!! went for a 4 mile walk last night, legs like bambi this morning, thought I was never going to make it home... fast asleep by 9pm - Ha!

HEx A - 250ml Semi Skimmed
HEx B - 1 x Alpen Light, 1 x Wholemeal Slice

B - Melon, Strawbs & Grapes with FF Fromage Frais & Honey Drizzle (1)
D - Jacket Potato with SW Bolognese, Mullerlight
T - 2 x Corn on Cob, Spaghetti Hoops on HEx B Wholemeal Toast

S - Apple, Satsuma

Syns -
Honey - 1 Syn
Velvet Crunch - 4.5 Syns
Reese's Sticks - 11 Syns (oops!! ...needed sugar rush after that walk, I am so out of shape it is untrue!!)

Totes Syns - 16.5 :(

I'll be reducing my Syns intake over the next few days to claw back Wednesday's count!

Well it's the end of my OH being on the late shift and to be honest I think I've struggled more on my own... it's easier for me to start snacking whilst he isn't there!! (All within My Syns - I Think! But I still feel bad for doing it.) I've only got myself to blame!! ...or Boredom, lack of doing chores and just parking my backside in front of the telly!! To be honest I was still worn out from Wednesdays 4 mile walk!!

Thursday:

HEx A - 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
HEx B - 2 x Alpen Light

B - 2 Boiled Eggs, Melon, Muller Greek Style Coconut (0.5)
D - Batchelors Deli Box Noodle Chicken Flavour (2), Melon, Strawbs, Grapes, Mullerlight
T - SW Bolognese with Pasta

S - Satsumas, Crabsticks, Handful Salt & Vinegar Jumbo Peanuts :(, 2 x Thorntons Continental Chocs :(

Syns -
Deli Box Noodles - 2 Syns
Muller Coconut - 0.5 Syns
Space Raiders - 3 Syns
Peanuts - 4 Syns

I seriously need to behave myself, how easy is it to go over your Syns!! Someone hit me with a stick please.

I am going out tonight to see a band and drink Vodka! ...I can see this weekend not ending very well!!

Well, Friday started really quite well... and then I went out and drank the bar out of Vodka Diet Coke (fully blaming my partner in crime as she bought me the ticket for the band!!)


Friday:

HEx A - 30g Cheddar
HEx B - 2 x Alpen Light

B - Boiled Eggs, Pear, Satsuma & Tea
D - BBQ Beef Mug Shot (Vile), Melon, Strawbs & Mullerlight
T - Pete's Chicken Parmo (3), Pepper Sauce (3), SW Chips, Lettuce, Cucumber & Red Onion

S - Nil

Syns -
Breadcrumbs - 3 Syns
Pepper Sauce - 3 Syns
Vodka - Probably a weeks worth, who counts on a night out really??

Totes Syns - A whole weeks worth easily!!

Saturday, well I was a little worse for wear - however I didn't eat anything that I shouldn't... I just didn't eat hardly any Speed Foods (1/3 Super Free :()

I sooo wasn't feeling the Chilli, so didn't even finish it... I wanted to order a pizza so badly, but OH wouldn't let me - ha ha

Bad Hangover Day - won't be doing that any time soon!!

D/T - Sunday Roast, Chicken, SW Roast Potatoes, Sweet Potato Mash, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Yorkshire (2.5), Gravy (3), Stuffing (2), Redcurrant Jelly (2)

S - Meringue Nest (2.5), Raspberries, FF Fromage Frais with Canderel

Thanks for the approval... I feel much better now. And I can't drink Vodka with anything else so all is good!!
Fingers crossed for a loss again tomorrow... I can see myself being like this week to week for the foreseeable!!

Ok, it's weigh in day - I feel absolutely dreadful! Think I'll be straight to bed when I get home tonight... don't think I will manage any Tea so I must be poorly.

Yesterday (Monday) was like this...

I have been so poorly for the past week, I haven't even kept a diary and not eaten much of anything... if I have I have stuck with plan, but haven't managed a 1/3 speed with anything at all!

Only just staring to feel normal again, I hope I see a loss tonight x

It is taster week so I have made the Chickpea Dahl Loaf, saved myself a slice for lunch... never tried it before, but it was something I could whip up quickly last night!

Todays Menu:

HEx A - 250ml Semi Skimmed
HEx B - Alpen Light x 2

B - Melon, Strawbs, Grapes, Raspberries, Mullerlight, Tea
D - Slice of Curry Loaf, Mullerlight, Fruit Salad
T - Jacket Potato, Gammon & Beans... still need some speed in there!

Thrilled to bits with last nights weigh in... -2.5lb, that's 8lb in total and gained my half stone award :D Happy, happy!

Went to my mums last night for tea and enjoyed a Walnut Whip as a treat, a hefty 9 Syns but hadn't had anymore throughout the day... all is good!

Hiyaaa - I'm really slacking at this diary, I just haven't had the time to keep you updated on my boring life! Ha ha

5th Weigh in last night and another -1.5lb off woo hoo!! ...I could get used to this losing every week lark.

Aww thanks Nanny! I am so pleased so far with my results... the small losses each week are exactly what I was aiming for :)

Weigh In day is here, slightly off plan over the weekend due to V Day, we always have a meal out.... plus we haven't been out since the New Year, that's good going for us! Ha ha

Not sure what the scales will say, if I see a maintain or a little gain I will know why!

I am finding that I have started to pick at things I shouldn't, so I have made a Slimming World page on pin ter est to get ideas off everyone else, mainly for snacking - that is my downfall, there is only so much fruit I can take and I eat a lot of it!
I have some tandoori chicken drumsticks marinating as we speak, been there since last night, I'll cook them off tonight and keep in the fridge for when I feel the need to pick!

Fingers crossed for tonight!! ...also as it's Pancake Day, I'm going to my Mums for pancakes after weigh in! (proper ones, sorry!) ...A line will be drawn at bed time, and it's a new week tomorrow... I was hoping for another half stone by the end of February, I am going to get as close as I can to that!!
