Yeh it is better, takes a bit of gettin used to and a bit more faffing about working out the points but overall it's Better! I have a calculator so if u want to knw points in things just ask n I'll work them out for u! If u have an I phone u can get the I watcher app n the calc is on that xx
 
Well here goes my food intake for tod! Putting it on now cos I'm in one of those moods where I could eat everything in sight! started snacking and I need to stop!!


Breakfast = milk in teas = 3
Alpen raspberry bar = 2
Belvita biscuits x 2 = 3
Apple = 0
Total = 8


Dinner = 2 slices bread = 4
Tuna = 2
Salad = 0
Light salad cream = 1
Sundried bites chilli flavour = 3
Cappucino = 2
Total = 12


Snacks = apple and 1 sweet = 1

Dinner = m n s chicken dinner = 8
Broc = 0
total = 8

Snacks = apple = 0
Lemon dodger = 2
Couple squares milka daim! ( oh my god to die for, could have eat the lot, boyfriends fault for buying it )= 2
Total = 4

So that's 32 for tod 4 out of weeklies

31 weeklies used and 18 left! Don't really want to eat rest of those now as I get weighed wed and want a good loss!!

No more eating tod now! Haha

Mmm just had carrot n corriander soup from asda, quite thick n 6 pp for full tub! eat most of it tho so classed it at 5! ( dint have bread Tho cos had none in)
 
N a yummy ww peanut bar! they used to b 3 pp but now only 2 pp for some reason! Not complaining tho! Extra point to use somewhere else! :)
 
do u get weighed at home? They only do them at meetings, if u buy ww mag tho u can order out of there or prob online! really chewwy n yummy! Mind u the small tracker bars in multi pack boxes are only 3 pp! Love them! X
 
Well tod has gone to pot!! they bought burgers at work for customers ( and staff) had a cheese burger n then went back for a burger! :-( .. Then went on to have buns n alsorts of crap! gone really over n had about 45 pp tod! Did so well this wk leading up to weigh in and the day before I spoil myself! Grrrr not a happy bunny!!! .. Nothing else for me tod but water water n more water! Hope it doesn't affect weigh in! Gone over weeklies by a couple too! :,-( x
 
Yeah I go to meetings il have to look out for those I tend not to but stuff like that coz I don't tryst myself not to eat the lot lol xx
 
If u have only home over weeklies by a couple I'm sure u will be fine! Good luck for WI tomorrow xx

Well this is tod diary so far, will update later when I've had tea n been weighed :-/ .. Having roast lamb for tea so I must go steady on my mums roasties! Haha

( mum had no sweeteners, Grrr )

Whoop whoop lost 3 n half!! Back on the skinny train! Haha really pleased with that! Gonna enjoy my lamb dinner now! Yum yum :)
