ProPoints Kezza's weight loss n food diary!!

My 30 day shred exercise DVD came tod, gonna have a go at doin that ton! Only 20 mins but supposed to be quite intense! :-/

God felix it is such a killer! Used my oh weights n think they were a bit heavy( took some weights off obv but still heavy)

Yep I know, felt good after but was Soooo hard! Wasn't expecting that hard! Did u see results ? X
 
It's really tough but made a difference to me in about 3 days!! Amazing! But gave up...must get back into it!

Day two of 30 day shred! KILLER!! was a little bit better than yesterday but still hard! My legs were really aching when I got up. Won't b able to get out of bed tomorrow! X
 
Honestly I promise it gets easier! Be warned level 2 is evil but level 3 is fab! Cx
 
Haha n I thought it would b the other way round! Thought level 3 would b the killer x

Saturday's food diary! Didn't go to plan, worked late at work n had 2 slices of pizza hut pizza for my tea instead of my ww meal! Oops!

Breakfast/ lunch - 2 x ww toast - 4
Butter - 2
1 egg n 1 egg White scrambled - 2
beans - 3
Milk in tea's - 3

Tea - 2 x slices of pizza - 14
Pear - 0

Snacks - cappuccino - 2
Banana - 0
Party rings - 3
Ww choc brownie - 4

Sundays food diary, went over again! Goin to try n stick to 29 till wi now! wasn't a very healthy day, snacked a lot!

God I did have a lot of crap! Didnt realise how much! :-( I was working all day and it's so quiet on Sunday's, find myself snacking all day!
