Lost 3 n half ton at weigh in, god knows how n don't really feel like I deserve it cos I haven't had a brilliant wk! Anyhow it's a loss all the same so I'll take it haha! Xx

To b honest I haven't stuck to plan all week! I think cos I've eat loads night before weigh in weeks before I just weighed heavier! Totm started yesterday too so very surprised on a loss xx

Bet your so chuffed well done Hun I'm not even dieting at the min I am just so bored of it I need a break I will be back in a week or so just stopped losing and need a rethink, I might still post my diary but I'm not counting haven't gone mad, only had a bit of a munch yesterday :)
 
Don't blame ya hun, it's hard constantly dieting n thinking about points! Sometimes when u Don't point its not always that bad cos ur not constantly thinking about food! With points I'm always thinking about the next meal n how many points it is! Xx
 
So the diet has been ok this wk, had all my weeklies tho n my 7ap I earnt at the gym yesterday! got out little puppy sat so I've got the full wk off work with him. feeling really tired with him crying at night, n lettin him out for a wee at sill o clock but he's worth it cos he's such a cutey ! Xx
